Shipping regions:
We ship within Germany and to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Shipping methods and carriers:
All orders are shipped by DHL or Deutsche Post Warenpost. Additional carriers may be used for international shipping. We offer standard shipping only.

Germany: 3.99 € per order.
Austria: 13.99 € per order.
Switzerland: 18.99 € per order.
Luxembourg: 13.99 € per order.
Belgium: 13.99 € per order.
Netherlands: 13.99 € per order.

Delivery times:

Germany: 1 to 3 business days.
Austria: 3 to 5 business days.
Luxembourg: 3 to 5 business days.
Switzerland: 3 to 7 business days.
Belgium: 3 to 5 business days.
Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days.
Please note that in exceptional cases, for example during periods of high demand or around public holidays, delays can occur.

Carbon-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen:
Carbon-neutral shipping with DHL GoGreen applies exclusively to parcels dispatched from Germany.

Responsibility and liability:
We are responsible for shipping the goods. Should a parcel be lost or damaged in transit, we will resolve the matter as quickly as possible. The same liability terms apply to international shipping, although possible customs delays are outside our control. There is no additional shipping insurance.

Returns:
Should goods be returned to us, we refund the full purchase price. Customers bear the direct cost of return in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg.

Tracking:
You receive a tracking number that lets you follow the status of your delivery at any time.

Problems during shipping:
If a device is damaged or lost in transit and this can be demonstrated, we offer either a replacement device, a discount or a full refund of the purchase price. The same rules apply to international shipments.
