Ja. Bei privatem Hobby-Mining (1–2 Geräte zuhause) gelten Block-Funde laut BMF (10.05.2022 / 06.03.2025) als sonstige Einkünfte nach § 22 Nr. 3 EStG, steuerpflichtig zum Euro-Marktwert beim Zufluss, mit 256 € Freigrenze pro Jahr.
